Qualifications

PhD (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or DSW in social work.
Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
Licensed in Minnesota (or license-eligible and pursuing licensure within a year).
Demonstrated record of teaching and scholarly achievement; potential for expedited tenure review.

Responsibilities

Teaches graduate doctoral courses and advises doctoral students.
Oversees DSW accreditation and program assessment processes.
Develops curriculum development and revision; manages the program budget.
Represents the DSW Program and School to internal and external stakeholders.
Supports student recruitment, marketing, and admissions efforts.
Contributes to shared governance and annual evaluations of adjunct faculty and program reporting.
