Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Empower to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience by modeling Customer Experience Leader (CEL) behaviors and coaching associates to achieve store goals and KPIs. Respond promptly to customer and associate requests or feedback.
- Maintain store standards to ensure a positive customer experience, including opening/closing procedures, cleaning, recovery, and maintenance.
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and communicate long-term strategic plans, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Improve metric-based goals by reviewing progress and communicating trends to leadership.
- Leverage inventory reports to maximize sales and optimize merchandise presentation.
- Oversee processes related to audits, donations, transfers, damages, etc.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Manage inventory activities, including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and stock management.
- Participate in omni-channel activities like Charge/Send and BOPIS, and ensure supply needs are met.
- Ensure a safe environment, maintain equipment, and resolve customer concerns appropriately.
- Support with associate scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
- Develop the store team through training and coaching, assist in recruiting, and delegate tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
The estimated pay range is $23.05 to $28.80, influenced by experience, skills, location, and organizational needs. Benefits are not included in this range. This position is eligible for a monthly sales bonus.
