Job summary

• Provides age-appropriate care for all patient groups (infant to geriatric).
• Initiates patient teaching and coordinates care with the team.
• Delegates responsibilities according to caregiver skills.
• Evaluates patient responses to interventions.
• Supervises other caregivers and acts as a role model.
• Administers medications and treatments per policy.
