Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Prior healthcare, social services, or support experience is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful attitude toward clients.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and sensitively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance coverage.

Clinical Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Direct Support Professional to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to individuals with clinical needs, ensuring they receive personalized care in a safe and respectful environment. Schedule: Must be willing to work weekends and be flexible during weekdays 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and overnights 11pm - 7am

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility support
• Implement individualized care plans under the supervision of healthcare professionals
• Monitor and document clients’ health status, behaviors, and progress
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote independence and well-being
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive and consistent care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients
• Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare, social services, or support role is advantageous

• Auto Insurance policy with minimum policy coverage - $100,000/$300,000
• Must be at least 18 years old.
