Open Hands is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support individuals in a caring, safe environment.

The role focuses on daily living assistance, behavior support, transportation to appointments, and participation in activities, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, benefits include 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or official transcript.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and supervision to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Support individuals in developing positive habits, behavior management, and achieving service plan goals.
• Transport individuals to and from appointments, training, and community outings.
• Observe and report behavioral, physical, or medical changes.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Encourage participation in exercises, hobbies, and community-based activities.
