Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Whitney Home in Grand Rapids, MI, on the 2nd shift. You will help individuals build independence through daily living activities, health and wellness, and community involvement.

As a DSP, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered support, develop practical skills, and encourage meaningful participation in the community. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and a rewarding career in human services.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Valid driver's license.
• Required: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Required: Pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Required: CPR/First Aid certification.
