Job summary

Hope Network West Michigan is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Whitney Home, 2nd shift, 40 hours, Grand Rapids, MI. You’ll assist with daily living activities, health needs, and community involvement to help individuals build independence in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks and fingerprints.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable.
• Driver's license is preferred/required as noted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
