Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Neo 52nd in Grand Rapids, MI. This on-site, full-time role supports individuals with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and skill development to foster independence.

You will assist with ADLs, transportation, and meaningful activities, while building trust and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. A compassionate, team-oriented mindset is essential, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications.
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
