Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with DSP/communications focus.
• 3+ years of DSP algorithm development, simulation, and implementation.
• Strong DSP fundamentals: signal analysis, filtering, detection, interference mitigation.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, and C/C++.
• Experience with RF systems or wireless communications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement DSP algorithms for interference detection, cancellation, signal conditioning, filtering, and enhancement.
• Perform system-level modeling and simulation to evaluate algorithm performance under various channel conditions, noise environments, and interference scenarios.
• Analyze field data to identify signal performance issues, determine root causes, and develop effective signal processing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DSP algorithms into hardware platforms and optimize overall system performance.
• Work with AI/ML teams on signal preprocessing, feature extraction, and deep learning-based signal processing applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation, patent applications, write papers, and conference presentations.
