As a DSP Engineer, you will develop and implement advanced signal processing algorithms to enhance RF and wireless system performance. You will analyze real-world signals, solve complex signal processing challenges, and collaborate with RF, hardware, software, and AI/ML teams to integrate DSP solutions into complete systems.
Currently, this role begins with a 3–6 month contract-to-hire phase at $5,000-$9,000/month as a 1099 contractor, followed by transition into a full-time W-2 position and expanded compensation.
