Job summary

Incompass Human Services, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional in Chelmsford, MA to join our day services program. You will support adults with developmental disabilities in daily activities, promoting dignity and human rights while following individualized plans.

Summary Direct Support Professional staff are members of a team responsible for providing high quality direct care services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who attend Incompass Day Services Programs. Staff are responsible for assisting individuals participating in groups and activities prescribed in the participants Day Habilitation Support Plan (DHSP) or Community Based Day Supports Individual Support Plan (ISP). Day Services Direct Support Professional staff are responsible for regularly interacting with and engaging program participants to ensure they are supported in the completion of their daily routine in the day services program. Staff are responsible for treating all participants with dignity and respect and for ensuring the human rights of all participants served are met.## QualificationsQualifications To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
