Job summary
Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in creating quality of life and advocating for their well-being. The role involves implementing daily routines, assisting with personal care, meal prep, and community transportation when needed.

Qualifications
- Must have Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Must have First Aid/CPR and CPI.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a California Driver’s License.
- Background check and pre-employment requirements required.
Responsibilities
- Outline and prepare daily routines for clients as written in their Individual Program Plan.
- Assist clients with bathroom needs.
- Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing as needed.
- Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup.
- Pickup/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility if necessary.

TheDirect Support Professionalsupports individuals with developmental disabilities to have quality of life. The Direct Support Professionals promotes the health, safety and well-being of residents. A Direct Support Professionals serves as an advocate for our clients.
