VTG is seeking a Software Engineer with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience to support design, development, implementation, and optimization of advanced signal processing algorithms in a mission-critical environment. Strong proficiency in C++ development within Linux environments is required, with experience implementing DSP techniques for high-throughput signal analysis.

The role includes adapting software/firmware and integrating COTS/GOTS products for government applications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Four (4) years of experience developing software in similar environments.
• Experience designing, developing, or implementing DSP algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in C++ in Linux environments and understanding modulation techniques.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize DSP algorithms using C++ in Linux-based environments.
• Develop software solutions focused on high-throughput signal processing and exploitation.
• Analyze signal characteristics and develop processing techniques to improve detection and interpretation.
• Modify, enhance, and maintain existing software/firmware to meet evolving requirements.
• Create technical documentation describing DSP algorithms and software implementations.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization efforts.
