Job summary

Quest, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional Supervisor to lead shift teams in our residential homes across the Town of Florida, NY.

You will implement services per the Habilitation Plan and IPP, ensure safety and quality of care, and coordinate transportation using large capacity vehicles. Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid FL Driver’s License with no major driving violations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Direct Support Professionals on shift and ensure quality of care.
• Implement services per Habilitation Plan, IPP and daily home schedules.
• Oversee safety and supervision of residents across homes.
• Operate large capacity vehicles (10-12 passenger vans and wheelchair buses).
• Document daily activities and update records per shift.
• Respond to resident needs and coordinate behavior plans and goals.
