Job summary

InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Concord, NC to provide day support services. The role is an Independent Contractor position with a 9-hour weekly schedule, transporting the individual to day programs and supporting daily living activities.

Pay is $22.52 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and passing a drug screen and background check. Prior I/DD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years’ experience with I/DD population preferred.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Instruction and assistance in home living environments.
• Help individual identify and acquire valued social roles.
• Facilitate community integration.
• Dispense medication and monitor dosages.
• Transport and accompany to day programs, work sites, and community activities.
