Seven Hills Foundation CMS is hiring a Direct Support Professional II – Paraeducator to support students in academic, vocational, and daily living activities. You will work with teachers, clinicians, and nurses to implement plans, promote safety and engagement, and encourage independence.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and teamwork in a dynamic educational setting. A high school diploma and ParaPro/Praxis or an Associate degree are required, along with a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and ParaPro Praxis test scores or an Associate degree are required.
• Valid driver’s license (Class C or D) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students in academic, vocational, and life skills programming.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, and meals.
• Build respectful, supportive relationships with students.
• Implement IEPs, behavior plans, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and nurses; participate in field trips and events.
