Threshold Rehabilitation Services Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional II (DSP II) for the IDD Community Homes Program. The DSP II assists residents in daily living, supports social skills, and helps maintain a clean, safe home-like environment.

This role requires Medication Administration Practicum Observer certification and adherence to all laws and contractual obligations. Hours are on a standard first or second shift at the residential site.

• Must have computer knowledge.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, transportation, and leisure activities.
• Support residents in gaining social skills and other goals as described in their plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like environment and ensure compliance with all rules, regulations, and contractual obligations.
