Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Must possess a NYS driver�s license with acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and facilitate monthly house meetings with residents.
• Reinforce positive behaviors in the community and residence.
• Plan indoor/outdoor recreation and maintain events calendar.
• Coordinate community involvement (transportation, tickets, equipment).
• Coordinate inter-residential events.
• Implement individual program plans in home and community.
• Follow SCIP-r crisis intervention plans and safety procedures.
