Redwood Family Care Network in Apple Valley, CA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP I & II) for an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home. You will provide direct care and support independence to adults with developmental disabilities through meaningful daily activities.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP I & II certifications; RBT within six months; a valid driver's license; and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP I & II certifications required.
• RBT certification within six months of hire (training and accelerated certification support provided).
• Minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized support services in accordance with IPPs.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Promote independence and positive behaviors through structured and engaging activities.
• Provide transportation using company vehicles, as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and supportive home environment.
