Arc Human Services in Pennsylvania is seeking a Direct Support Professional Floater to join our team and float to multiple homes in Baldwin, Bridgeville, and Carnegie. This full-time position offers a $3,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for meaningful, client-centered care.

The role provides personal care support, cooking, cleaning, transportation, community engagement, medication dispensing, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience helpful, but not necessary; paid training provided.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Ability to pass background checks, physical, TB; all company paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide varying levels of personal care in community homes (cooking, cleaning, transportation).
• Engage participants in the community and support goals.
• Dispense medications and document care accurately.
• Support development of independent living skills, behavior strategies, and self-advocacy.
• Be flexible to travel to multiple homes in the region.
