Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state. You will provide one-on-one support, follow each person’s ISP, and help with daily living activities in home and community settings.

The role emphasizes independence, community engagement, and meaningful relationships, with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and local, consistent cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
