Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will work one‑on‑one, following each person's Individualized Service Plan, and help with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships. Flexible hours and local cases are offered, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth within the DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on support helping individuals with daily living skills.
• Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and clear communication.
• Follow ISP plans and document services accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
