Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks and pre‑employment screenings.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
• Mandt Training certification.
• DDA Training.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate, and committed to making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Facilitate community-based activities.
• Support individuals in developing communication and independent living skills.
• Implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Provide transportation to appointments.
• Monitor and ensure safety and dignity of individuals served.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
