Maxim Healthcare Services in Lancaster, PA, is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hanover, PA area. You will play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities.

As a DSP, you will provide direct care, assist with daily living activities, transport clients, and help them maintain independence in community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle available for work-related transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass required background screenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous caregiving, DSP, home care, healthcare, or human services experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
