Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings in Lancaster, PA. Qualifications

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hanover, PA area. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes and community settings


• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping


• Support individuals with community engagement, recreation, and social activities


• Promote independence while maintaining a safe and supportive environment


• Transport clients to appointments, activities, and community outings as needed


• Document services and report any concerns to supervisors according to company policies

Qualifications
