BAYADA’s Direct Support Professional / DSP / Special Needs Caregivers work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Weekly; $18 per hour

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional / DSP / Special Needs Caregiver:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
