Job summary

Open Hands LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support individuals in a caring, safe, and engaging home-like environment.

You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily activities, transport to appointments, monitor wellbeing, and help clients achieve goals while working a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Training offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or official transcript is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Active car insurance is required.
• A compassionate heart and a commitment to helping others live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and supervision to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Support individuals in developing positive habits, behavior management, and achieving service plan goals.
• Transport individuals to and from appointments, training, and community outings.
• Observe and report behavioral, physical, or medical changes.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Encourage participation in exercises, hobbies, and community-based activities.
