ViaQuest is hosting an open interview for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Bridgeport, OH. The position offers $18.25–$19.25 per hour with paid training, and full-time benefits including medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, plus a 401k.

The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in facilities and homes, with no prior experience required as training is provided. Interviews are scheduled August 27, 2026, 10am–1pm at 56104 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to promote independence, choice and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required.
