Utah State Developmental Center is seeking a DSP Coordinator (Midnight) to supervise staff and coordinate care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in a 10-hour overnight schedule. Developmentalist Coordinators coordinate with management in monitoring active treatment of intellectually disabled individuals. The Coordinator position provides direct supervision of assigned staff and functional supervision of building staff. Additionally, the Coordinator is the direct supervisor for the LDSP’s on the midnight shift and the up‑line chain of command for all midnight shift DSP staff within the unit. The Coordinator provides training/in-servicing to building staff independently and in coordination with the training department. Assists management to ensure that all policy violations and disciplines are handled in a consistent and timely manner. Developmentalist Coordinators ensure building environments are in compliance with Title XIX standards and exercise independent judgement in identifying and solving routine problems regarding facilities and services.
