Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Montague, NJ. Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity and $33/hour for acuity, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after achieving 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support.
• Build positive relationships and help individuals achieve personal goals.
• Assist with meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support clients in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Document care, maintain schedules, and participate in ongoing training.
