Dungarvin is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float for a full-time role in Indiana. Floats start around $18.75 per hour with a $1500 retention bonus.

You will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible while preserving dignity. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Dependable, adaptable and flexible.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on caregiving assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks including mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties
