Job summary

Abound Health in Shelby, North Carolina is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay ranges from $15.40 to $17 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding and training, and opportunities for advancement are offered along with

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Monitor health and safety and maintain a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
