Job summary

HER Community Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with disabilities in Georgia. This role focuses on daily living support, skill-building, and community inclusion in a supportive team environment.

You will implement individualized plans, assist with daily tasks, and accompany clients to activities, while maintaining dignity, safety, and respectful communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Georgia driver's license with reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond appropriately to behavioral support needs and crisis situations.
