Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a real-time operations environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to operate under off-hours, weekends, and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior DSN O&M contract management representative outside normal business hours.
• Act as the central point of contact for real-time coordination issues and resource scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor real-time data delivery performance and resolve shortfalls.
• Document and update SOPs, ISO work instructions, and NOCC documentation.
• Lead training, certification matrices, and onboarding for NOCC personnel.
• Lead Six Sigma/Greenbelt initiatives to improve DSN processes and procedures.
