Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Three years of network design or operations experience.
• Strong grounding in IP networking concepts (routing, switching, analysis).
• Ability to work shifts and provide after-hours coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time network configuration updates to support mission timelines.
• Monitor live network performance and address anomalies to reduce impacts.
• Develop proficiency in Delay Tolerant Networking for lunar/cislunar comms.
• Handle urgent customer-driven requests during critical windows.
• Track trends and suggest reliability improvements.
• Deliver status updates and operational assessments.
• Participate in simulations and training runs for readiness.
• Support development projects to enhance automation and workflows.
