Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Protect company assets through proper receipt and handling of DSD product.
• Execute vendor receiving policies and resolve vendor errors or policy violations.
• Maintain standards per the standard practice manual and safety guidelines.
• Ensure accurate DSD tickets, invoices, and plan-o-grams; verify EDI invoices.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents; wear the Food Lion uniform.
