Qualifications

• Experience as a loan processor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process DSCR loans from application through funding.
• Maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Enter and organize application materials and order third-party documentation.
• Provide status updates and resolve conditions to close loans.
• Pre-underwrite files to confirm eligibility and investor compliance.
• Ensure loan files submitted to underwriting are complete and accurate.
