Job summary

Conventus is seeking an analytical, deal-oriented Associate to join our Capital Markets team in New York. This role focuses on initial screening of DSCR lending opportunities, loan sale execution with investors, and ongoing investor relationship management.

You will partner with Credit, Operations, Product, and Technology to scale the DSCR program, while reporting to the VP Head of Capital Markets. This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen DSCR opportunities and assist pricing and structuring decisions.
• Manage end-to-end DSCR loan sale process with investors.
• Maintain and grow DSCR investor relationships and pipeline.
• Support DSCR program development with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor pipeline metrics and risk indicators for reporting.
