Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced DSCA Instructor to join our team and support Army training programs at various command levels. This full-time role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering live, virtual, and constructive training to prepare leaders, units, and staff for mission execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in DSCA operations at JTF or Defense Coordinating Element, 2+ years in military classroom instruction, and holds ARNORTH instructor Certification.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of DSCA operations experience at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level.
  • 2+ years of experience in military classroom instruction.
  • Experience serving as a DSCA Instructor.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • HS diploma or GED.

The Army requires Subject Matter Expert (SME) and full time equivalent (FTE) instructors to assist military and government Service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training. Classroom training events as well as individual and collective training support programs designed to prepare key leaders, individuals, units, and staff or headquarters elements to perform their mission, successfully plan, coordinate, and execute operations according to established principles.

You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with DSCA operations at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
