Qualifications

• LEVEL 2 requires 2–3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 1 year with a Master's.
• LEVEL 3 requires 6 years with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years with a Master's.
• LEVEL 4 requires 10 years with Bachelor's; 8 years with a Master's; or HS diploma with 14 years relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with DoW compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment; collaborative team mindset.
• Clearance: A SECRET level security clearance is required.

Job Description

HII – Mission Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). If you’re excited about contributing to a major IT modernization effort with real mission impact, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will help advance a large‑scale IT transformation initiative aimed at strengthening readiness, improving system performance, and supporting critical decision‑making. You will work closely with technical and mission stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and integration across modernized platforms.

This position requires a SECRET security clearance and is onsite in Arlington, VA.
