Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
• Approximately 10 years in fields such as cyber program analysis, operations, or emergency management.
• Experience in joint, interagency, or rapid-response environments.
• Knowledge of DSCA regulations, DoD Directive 3025.18, and CARRLL criteria.
• Knowledge of the Stafford Act and NIMS.
• Proficiency with ETMS2 and MS Office.
• Completion of DSCA Phase I and Phase II training.
