Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years in cyber program analysis, operations, or emergency management.
• Experience in joint, interagency, or rapid-response environments.
• Knowledge of DSCA regulations (DoD 3025.18), Stafford Act, NIMS; DSCA Phases I-II.
