Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Design & Service Center Manager to oversee the DSC Repair Shop's day-to-day operations and lead a high-performing team. You’ll recruit, mentor, coach, and implement training to improve performance, while driving core metrics including quality, on-time delivery, and profitability.

You’ll manage scheduling, production workflow, inventory, safety, and collaboration with stores and district leadership to ensure exceptional customer repair journeys across locations.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Recruit and onboard Design & Service Center staff.
• Coach and manage team performance to meet KPIs.
• Oversee daily operations of DSC and production workflow.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and safety standards.
• Communicate with stores and district management on performance.
• Attend district meetings and participate in store support visits.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality of repairs.
• Manage payroll, timekeeping and scheduling.
