Signet Jewelers seeks a Design & Service Center Manager to oversee daily DSC Repair Shop operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive quality, on-time delivery, and profitability while embodying Signet values.

You will recruit, train, mentor staff, manage production plans, inventory, safety and compliance, and partner with stores and district leadership to ensure an exceptional customer repair journey.

Responsibilities

• Understand and uphold HR and Loss Prevention Policies and Procedures.
• Recruit Design & Service Center Team Members using the Talent Acquisition Guide.
• Train all DSC Team Members in their areas of responsibility.
• Coach DSC Team Members to improve performance.
• Conduct Quarterly Check-In and/or Performance Appraisal as assigned.
• Hold weekly huddles to set direction for the day.
• Monitor Jewelers’ production performance daily.
