Job summary

Signet Jewelers in Las Vegas is seeking a Design & Service Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the DSC Repair Shop. You will drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure quality repairs and on-time delivery.

You will recruit, mentor, and coach Jewelers and Apprentices, manage workflow, training, and safety, and partner with district leadership to improve margins and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have the minimum skill set of a Level B Jeweler
• GIA Gemology training

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily DSC operations and production flow.
• Recruit Design & Service Center Team Members and mentor them.
• Coach and evaluate team performance; drive key metrics such as quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety training and compliance in the DSC environment.
• Coordinate with district management and stores for initiatives and support.
