Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Program Manager to lead complex construction projects with a focus on DSA oversight. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction management, demonstrated expertise in DSA projects, and exceptional leadership abilities.

The role involves managing all construction operations, coordinating with Inspectors of Record, and developing robust testing and inspection programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with DSA projects (minimum 5 years).
• Comprehensive knowledge of field operations.
• Proven expertise in public works delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction operations with emphasis on DSA project delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate daily with Inspectors of Record (IOR).
• Develop and oversee testing and inspection programs.
• Facilitate field coordination with design team members.
• Manage Design-Bid-Build projects, including submittal review and RFI processing.
• Oversee Lease-Leaseback projects, including GMP documentation and cost control measures.
• Execute CUPCCAA small projects with proper documentation.
• Coordinate CMAS vendor relationships and verify scope compliance.
