Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is seeking an experienced Superintendent for K-12/DSA construction projects in Irvine, Long Beach, Gardena, or West LA. You will lead day-to-day field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years on-site supervision with DSA-regulated projects and proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. A strong leader with excellent communication is essential; competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field supervision experience in GC environments.
• DSA-regulated K-12 or higher education project experience required.
• Strong knowledge of means/methods, scheduling, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of field operations and subs contractors.
• Ensure compliance with DSA requirements and safety programs.
• Coordinate with PMs, architects, inspectors, and owners for issue resolution.
