Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is seeking a DS Team Leader to support individuals receiving IDD services and oversee their staff. The role involves assisting staff in following Individual Support Agreements and ensuring services are provided with respect and adherence to regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SUMMARY

The DS Team Leader will support and assist the individuals receiving IDD services and their staff to follow the Individual Support Agreements (ISA) goals and objectives. These services may occur in the individual's home, place of employment, community, and/or other environments. All services will be provided respectfully and follow the Home and Community Based Rules, DD Act, and NKHS DS philosophy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervision of DS Service Coordinators, DSPs, or residential staff as assigned.
• Oversees the scheduling and daily workflow for assigned direct reports.
• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations to direct reports.
• Handles hiring, discipline, and termination of direct reports in accordance with organizational policy.
