Job summary

BonnaVilla seeks a Production Construction - Drywall Reworker to rework defects and manage line/yard changes within an on-site facility. The role requires reading blueprints, understanding production orders, and using various hand and power tools to ensure accurate layouts and finishes.

Responsibilities include drywall sanding, paint prep, tool maintenance, and final cleanup before shipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior construction experience an asset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and production orders.
• Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Rework defects and perform line/yard changes per specs.
• Understand blueprints and layout to build accurately.
• Use staple/nail guns and power tools as required.
• Prep work areas and remove covers after tasks.
• Sand and touch up drywall as needed.
• Learn basic paint pump maintenance.
• Apply interior paint by spray and roller methods.
• Clean units before they leave the building.
• Waterproof showers when needed.
