The role involves reworking defects, reading blueprints, and performing layout and drywall finishing tasks to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.

The position requires basic education (HS diploma or GED) and familiarity with a range of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and production orders.
• Ability to lay out and build product accurately.
• Experience with drywall framing and finishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rework defects and perform line or yard changes according to specs.
• Read blueprints and production orders; lay out and build accurately.
• Use staple, nail guns, power tools, and measuring devices as required.
• Prepare work areas and remove coverings after completion.
• Sand and touch up drywall as needed; perform interior paint application by spray/roller.
